Formulate Production strategies, Production Planning and ensure timely deliveries of all orders.
To co-ordinate total production processes and the job activities of the various sections (i.e. pattern, cutting, tailoring, finishing etc.) to achieve the maximum level of efficiency.
Ensure zero tolerance in quality parameters and ensure effective & efficient usage of Man, Machine and Time.
To arrange a training program for operators & helpers with fast & smooth production, Compliance issue etc. within regular intervals.
Implementing solutions for the day to day problems which may occurs.
Ensures Compliance and safety requirements as per country law.
Co-ordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of production unit.
Develop standard costing framework for all product categories (i.e. Fashion wear, Household, Jewelry etc.)

Interpersonal communication & analytical skill as well as crisis management skill is required.
