Job Description

  • To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the MD, helping him to manage and priorities his valuable time.
  • Responsible for providing full secretarial assistance to the management level meeting.
  • Ability to deal all high level confidential information of the company and maintain integrity strictly towards the information.
  • Liaison with government authorities, politicians and their staff, embassies, commissioners, relevant interest groups, the media, and constituents.
  • Manage and maintain the MD's Official diary, email and other social official account.
  • Proactive in responding to all external communication as much as possible, dealing with appointments with MD etc.
  • Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests and follow the direction accordingly.
  • Manage all scheduled meeting on behalf of the MD and direct reports to MD accordingly where the committees and groups to which he is a member.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the MD match his requirements.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the MD. Prepare correspondence on behalf of the MD, including the drafting of general replies.
  • Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well taken care of properly.
  • Prepare for Business and branding related local as well as overseas tour.
  • Tour for attending fair, promotional activities on behalf of the company.

Job Requirements

    • This position will be of key importance within the organization and the successful candidate must have previous secretarial and administrative experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment.
    • Workings experience with reputed national/multinational companies in the related field is required for this position.
    • Possessing good communication skills and proficient in both written & spoken in English.
    • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, well-mannered, careful, imaginative, proactive with sense of urgency in completing the tasks assigned.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
    • Shorthand and excellent typing skills, speed accuracy essential.
    • Well conversant with computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
    • Should be able to take quick and effective decision.
    • Must be Smart and well Groomed with pleasant personality
    • Able to handle work pressure and work long hours if necessary.
    • Should be able to work in a team.

Required Qualification

  • Must be a graduate from reputed overseas or domestic University (preferably with Oxford/Cambridge English medium background).

  • 7 Year to 10

Salary

  • 73000TK to 83000TK / Monthley
