To ensure day to day administrative work of convention centre and supervising staff.
Managing monthly program, booking and documentation.
Maintaining financial record.
Planning maintenance work, events and services.
Handling customer services, queries, booking and complaints.
Promoting and marketing the convention centre along with marketing officers and caterers and maintaining the standard of service.
Maintaining safety, security and cleanliness of convention centre.
Prepare inventory of property and carry on regular inspection for standard services.
To manage the daily administrative activities of convention centre (s).
Achieve monthly sales target & collections.
Job Requirements
Age 35 to 50 years

Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality sector.
Must have fair knowledge in MS Office Application, E-Mail/ Browsing & Windows Operating System
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Strong client base which will include corporate offices, banks and other major sectors for AGM and other events.
